Labatts USA
Why is Labatt locating its US headquarters in Buffalo Niagara?
Find out at the Partnership's 2007 Issues Summit -- directly from Glen Walter, President Labatt USA, who will serve as the event's lunchtime keynote speaker.
Click here to register today! The event is Thursday, May 17th, from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center.
Each year, the Issues Summit proves to be one of the Partnership's most successful events. It's critical that local employers gather - in settings such as this - to chart the course for the future of our region. Join us for a great networking opportunity, and focused discussions aimed at answering the event's big question: Is the state of today good enough for tomorrow?
The day will kick-off with a "State of the Business Community" address, which I'll present alongside Kauser Hamdani, Vice President and Buffalo Branch Manager of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
Then, our members will participate with local and national experts in candid break-out sessions aimed at answering the some of the most pressing questions being asked by local employers in Buffalo Niagara in 2007:
How out of reach is REAL government reform? How can we take advantage of the availability of new life science techniques, and pay for the increasing cost of employee health care? Is a regional approach to growth our "do or die?" Generational, cultural and gender diversity in the workplace: Can you manage them? Can you adapt fast enough? Are you ready?
Following Glen Walter's lunchtime keynote, members who are interested can join a tour of Buffalo's downtown and waterfront development sites.

I hope to see you on May 17.
Sincerely,
Andrew J. Rudnick President & CEO
