The Partnership 

 

Formed in 1993, the Buffalo Niagara Partnership represents more than 2,500 businesses with nearly a quarter million employees in a marketplace covering eight Western New York counties and the Niagara Peninsula of Ontario.

 

Our Mission:  

The Buffalo Niagara Partnership's mission is to organize and undertake actions to expand private sector jobs and stimulate investments in the Buffalo Niagara region.

Our Strategic Objectives:

  1. Improving the economic competitiveness of the Buffalo Niagara marketplace via policies and projects which facilitate/stimulate business investment decisions.
  2. Improving the economic competitiveness of the Buffalo Niagara marketplace via advocacy which creates a more positive business environment.
  3. Improving the "bottom line" of individual employers/members.
  4. Expanding, enhancing, and activating the region's business and public sector leadership. 
  5. Generating greater awareness, appreciation, and support of the Partnership and its strategic objectives.

          a) Establishing and maintaining a business plan which enables the Partnership to achieve its strategic objectives and annually contributes to a reserve fund. 

          b) Expanding the number, breadth, and diversity of Partnership members.
