New Guidelines for Out-of-State Travelers
NYS has changed protocols for people traveling to New York including state residents.
The new mandate was issued as part of an executive order by Governor Cuomo and allows people to test out of quarantine.

Rosemary Enright, a partner at Barclay Damon in Buffalo will provide expertise and insight to help employers better understand and navigate the new rules.
