New Guidelines for Out-of-State Travelers

NYS has changed protocols for people traveling to New York including state residents.

The new mandate was issued as part of an executive order by Governor Cuomo and allows people to test out of quarantine.

Join the Buffalo Niagara Partnership as we break down the new mandate, how it compares to the original protocol put in place earlier this year, and what employers need to know.

Rosemary Enright, a partner at Barclay Damon in Buffalo will provide expertise and insight to help employers better understand and navigate the new rules.
