Hero Act Standards Released
New York State Department of Labor published its Airborne Infectious Disease Exposure Prevention standards as mandated by the NY HERO Act. All industry-specific standards can be found on our website.

Congressional Infrastructure Debate Rages On
After months of debate and a press conference in which President Biden and a bipartisan coalition of Senators announced a deal, Congress is still far from a final agreement on a federal infrastructure package. There is broad support for physical infrastructure investments, but other social investments have become a sticking point.
