More About Kathryn:

Kate is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at People Inc. Kate has responsibility for the oversight of People Inc.’s recruitment and retention functions. She also co-facilitates the agency’s Workforce Stability Committee. This committee addresses the areas of hiring, engagement, leadership, and professional development with a focus on the diversity of the workforce, which includes more than 4,000 employees.  

Kate is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and has her PHR and SHRM-CP certifications. She is a 2005 graduate of Leadership Buffalo’s Rising Leaders. Kate is also a Certified Lean Professional (CLP). 

Kate earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Canisius College and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
