More about Beth:
Beth Sullivan is a Director of Human Resources with over a decade of experience at the United Way of Buffalo & Erie County.  Beth's role covers many aspects of HR including recruitment, employee relations and retention, benefits, training, compensation, compliance, labor relations, safety and health, and supporting United Way's diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Â
Beth holds an MBA from Canisius College with a BA in Communications from SUNY Geneseo. Beth currently volunteers on the HR Committee at Feedmore WNY and was a longtime volunteer and board member for Meals on Wheels for WNY. Beth resides in Orchard Park with her husband and three sons.   Â

The BNP’s Diversity & Inclusion Executive Exchange provides a unique, peer-to-peer forum for leaders to collaboratively share skills and strategies in D&I practices.  Designed specifically for senior leaders with the highest level of responsibility for D&I initiatives, the program is facilitated by our expert in residence Sesha Yalamanchili.Â

BNP’s Minority Business Initiative: Removing Barriers and Creating Opportunities –
The Minority Owned Business Initiative (MBI) is entering its second year in 2023. Â This initiative seeks to help break through the barriers that have historically challenged minority business ownership and create a pathway to board membership for participants.
