More about Beth:

Beth Sullivan is a Director of Human Resources with over a decade of experience at the United Way of Buffalo & Erie County.   Beth's role covers many aspects of HR including recruitment, employee relations and retention, benefits, training, compensation, compliance, labor relations, safety and health, and supporting United Way's diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.  

Beth holds an MBA from Canisius College with a BA in Communications from SUNY Geneseo.  Beth currently volunteers on the HR Committee at Feedmore WNY and was a longtime volunteer and board member for Meals on Wheels for WNY. Beth resides in Orchard Park with her husband and three sons.
