BUFFALO, NY (SPECTRUM NEWS 1) — The Buffalo Niagara Partnership is celebrating National Small Business Week with a new opportunity for small businesses in Western New York.

It is now offering a free membership level called BNP Pro Free to local businesses with five employees or less as well as locally-owned bars and restaurants.
