Thank you for choosing the Buffalo Niagara Partnership for your event. To ensure a successful experience for all, please review the following guidelines carefully. Our goal is to provide you and your guests with a professional, safe, and welcoming environment. By reserving a space at BNP @ the cobblestone, you agree to adhere to these policies and guidelines.

Capacity
Event capacity is at the discretion of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership. The current capacity restrictions for each event space used will be disclosed to the user prior to confirming. In compliance with State, Federal and Local laws, and regulations, it may be necessary to reduce capacity in certain areas. This policy is subject to change based on government directives.
Purpose
Purpose of event must be approved by Buffalo Niagara Partnership management. Event space may not be used for fundraisers, ticketed events, religious or political functions. Organizations that limit membership and services based on race, religion, color, creed, gender, sexual orientation, age, national origin or any other form of discrimination are prohibited from using space.
Guest Conduct
Users are responsible for the conduct of all members of their party. Disorderly conduct, intoxicated guests, or disturbance of the public peace will result in being required to vacate the premises.
- Drugs. Use of illicit drugs or gambling is prohibited.
- Smoking. Buffalo Niagara Partnership is a smoke free environment. All forms of tobacco use, including cigarettes, cigars, hookahs, pipes, and e-cigarettes are prohibited.
Technical Systems
Audio Visual components will be controlled by the Buffalo Niagara Partnership staff.
Special Requests for Room Set Up
Room set up must be confirmed with Buffalo Niagara Partnership staff in advance of the event. This includes special requests for tables, chairs, podiums, microphones, and other equipment. Availability will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any requests made later than one week prior to the event cannot be guaranteed.
ParkingÂ
Parking is available at the KeyBank Center parking ramp, and surface lots around the area. Rate and availability subject to change due to events at KeyBank Center.
Decorations
User shall not (a) cause or permit the facilities to be injured, marred, or in any manner defaced or changed; (b) place any nails, screws, or other fasteners into any part of the facilities; (c) place, or permit to be placed, signs on painted walls in any part of the facilities. No decorations such as posters, pictures or banners are to be fastened to walls.
Caterers, Food and Beverage
Catering services are not provided by the Buffalo Niagara Partnership. User must make arrangements with one of our preferred caterers. The Buffalo Niagara Partnership will provide contact information for preferred caterers.
Alcoholic beverages may be served in the facilities if the Caterer applies for, receives, and displays the proper permits as required by the State of New York and provides approved liquor liability insurance. Contact the Buffalo Niagara Partnership event staff for more information.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, user shall release, indemnify, keep, and save harmless, Buffalo Niagara Partnership, its agents, officers, or employees from any and all responsibility or liability for any and all damages or injury of any kind or nature to all persons, whether agents or employees of the user or persons attending the events for which the premises have been used, and to all property damage caused by, incident to, resulting from, arising out of, occurring in connections with, the use by the user of the premises.
The user acknowledges that they are responsible for any damage to Buffalo Niagara Partnership facilities, or equipment.
If the actions of the user, or any of the user’s staff or guests cause damage to Buffalo Niagara Partnership’s facilities, or equipment, or results in extraneous costs for municipal action, the user shall pay any associated costs including those related to repair or restoration of the facilities or equipment to the condition prior to use.
All events must begin and end at the time outlined in the agreement.
User Cancellation
The Buffalo Niagara Partnership requires a 48–hour notice of cancellation by the user. Cancellations may be subject to a $100 fee.
Force Majeure
Should events beyond the reasonable control of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership including but not limited to (1) acts of God, (2) war, including armed conflict, (3) acts of Government, (4) disease (examples: SARS, COVID-19) in the Buffalo Niagara Partnership offices or event spaces, or in the area that falls under government regulations, (5) government regulation or advisory (including travel advisory warnings), (6) civil disturbance in the area, (7) terrorism or threats of terrorism in the United States as substantiated by governmental warnings or advisory notices, (8) disaster including fire, earthquakes, hurricanes in the area, (9) unseasonable extreme inclement weather in the area, (10) shortages or disruption of the electrical power supply, water supply causing blackouts or rolling blackouts or other essential utilities in the Buffalo Niagara Partnership offices or event spaces, make the event execution impracticable, unsafe for guests, or a violation of government mandated directives, and the ability to fully execute the agreement as originally contracted, in such case the affected party may terminate this agreement, without liability, upon written notification. The Buffalo Niagara Partnership has the right to use its discretion and disclose to the client the nature of the Force Majeure and provide alternative solutions, cancellation, or postponement.
