You can book a space online through our Skedda booking system. Simply select your desired date, time, and room, then follow the prompts to complete your reservation.
To book space at BNP @ The Cobblestone, you must first become a registered user. If you have not yet registered, please email booking@thepartnership.org.
If you’ve already registered as a user, you can reserve space directly at bnp.skedda.com.
Not yet a BNP member? To learn more about membership and gain access to BNP @ The Cobblestone, please contact sales@thepartnership.org.
Some rooms may require a rental fee. Pricing details are available in the booking system when selecting a space.
Once you have created a login for our booking system, you will be able to reserve space for your event. You can modify or cancel your booking through bnp.Skedda.com. Please check our cancellation policy for any applicable fees or time restrictions.
Yes, you can book multiple rooms, but availability may vary. Contact us if you need assistance with multi-room bookings.

Yes, there are capacity restrictions that can be found in our booking system for each space available for rent.Â

Catering items not available for delivery. A minimum of 24 hours is required for all online orders. Catering orders can be picked up in-store at the Carry Out Cafe counter. Payment will be due upon pickup.Â
We welcome a variety of events, but certain activities may require approval.
Purpose of event must be approved by Buffalo Niagara Partnership management. Â Â Event space may not be used for fundraisers, ticketed events, religious or political functions. Organizations that limit membership and services based on race, religion, color, creed, gender, sexual orientation, age, national origin or any other form of discrimination are prohibited from using space.Â

Each room is equipped with Wi-Fi, television(s), whiteboards, webcam, and speakers. If you need more information on your room, specific details are listed in Skedda for each space.
Upon booking, you will receive an email with access details, including entry instructions and any necessary codes or key pickup information.
Yes, our facility is fully accessible, including elevators and accessible restrooms.
