As a coach, manager, and mentor, Liz works with the entire team to inspire members to help them gain the full benefits of the Partnership allowing them to grow, thrive, and to reach their full potential.

Kathleen is the Executive Assistant to Dottie Gallagher, President & CEO. In this role, she supports the Senior Leadership Team and works with all team members to engage them in the Partnership’s values every day.

We are pleased to welcome our new Director, Marketing, Stephen Grimm as our latest Staff Spotlight.

Stephen’s role is to oversee the brand and marketing strategy of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership to effectively empower our members through timely communication, strong brand presence, and new membership opportunities.

Maura Cotter is our Marketing Coordinator and our latest staff spotlight!

Maura works to communicate the value of the BNP to our members and region through marketing initiatives, increasing awareness of Partnership programs, opportunities, events, and resources.

Kristine Hilsdorf is our Manager, Government Affairs & Workforce Development, and our latest staff spotlight!

Kristine’s role is to work to improve workforce development and help the regional economy.

Maddilyn Schaus is a familiar face at the BNP. After working for BNP previously, Maddilyn left to work in government before returning to us. We are excited to welcome Maddilyn back as our Manager, Workforce Development, and our latest staff spotlight!
